Sonnet is a good crowd control monster in Summoners War

She has two AoE skills with sleep effect.

Sonnet is very useful in PvP offense crowd control teams and ToA thanks to her skill set (mass sleep plus continous damage)

Build her with Violent Runes since her second and third skill on max skillup have respectively 3 turns and 4 turns cooldown, hence if you Violent-proc you can have the enemy team on perma-sleep effect.

Sonnet can be a very good monster in PvP, but maybe not for end-game, as she will lose utility when enemy teams start using WILL runes. Until that point, Sonnet will allow you to put all enemies to sleep while you just hunt them with strong single target nukers. A standard team will be Galleon (or any other DEF breaker), Sonnet for AoE Sleep and then a nuker (Isabelle, Laika, Perna, Theomars....) If you are going to use an AoE attacker along with her, try to make him faster than Sonnet. Although Sonner can be nullified with WILL runes, she is however one of the best monsters to use in ToAH, maybe one of the TOP3. Sonnet along with Baretta and some support can easily clean most of the ToAH levels. When VIOLENT runed and max skilled, sonnet can easily cast a perma-sleep on the enemy team, letting you kill the foes one by one while the others remain asleep. Using a faster Baretta means that you can put 2 DOTs with the Sylph and another one+sleep with the Harp TO ALL ENEMIES. It´s really amazing and you don´t need a high Accuracy, 45% is enough for ToAH. In the next turns, you can cast AoE sleep again and again as long as you get a vio proc every 2-3 turns. I really encourage you to develop this monster if you have the luck to summon her, cause I´m pretty sure she´s one of the best CC monsters in SW.

Thanks man for the advice! I found Sonnet last week and I was wondering if I should build her even if I'm in late game. She really could me help in completing ToAH. However I think I'm gonna go Violent rune set on her, so it' gonna be a pain (too many Violent monster arghhhhhhhh XD)

zackdelarocha: The worst part of building Sonnet is that you will have to max second and third skill in order to get the perma-sleep effect. Cooltimes are the key here, so both have to be maxed, and that means lots of devilmons. However, you can just build her Violent and test how she performs before invest devilmons on her. Personally, shes worth every skill up, but of course, its up to you ;)

Please, note the amazing synergy this unit have with all the succubus since the 3.4.5 patch, specially with Aria. The Aria+Sonnet combo is a unique crowd control pairing that can get easily done most of the intermediate levels of the ToAH, even 90+.

Dots + Sleep + Stun + Slow + Glancing hit + attacking without awakening is just... OBSCENE and ABUSIVE XD

Mhhh.. I'm thinking about building my Aria too then! :) What a wonderful combo! I think I'm gonna throw also Water Homunculus in the middle too XD
