If youre looking for Necro build, go Violent/whatever HP/CrDam/ATK with some SPD and ACC substats.

Yes.

If u look on her 3rd skill.

Rune seren rage/blade spd cd atk

With nealry 100 cr and nearly 200 cd

With enuf hp def and speed.

And u have a bad monster for siege and rta only 4 star

Seren can hit 4 times with nealry 15k dmg and more
