Baretta (Fire Sylph) is a fusionable great attack monster in Summoners War.
Baretta is relatively easy to get since the early stages of Summoners War: all you have to do is to fuse four 4-star awakened monsters in the Fusion Hexagram: Mei-Fire Martial Cat, Fao-Fire Serpent, Lukan-Wind Salamander and Sharron-Water Magical Archer.
He is one of the best ToA monster in Summoners War: his third skill is an AoE damage plus double countinous damage and paired with Despair rune set is very usefull in stages full of enemy mobs (not only great in TOA, but also in dungeon).
His second skill comes in hands when used against bosses (attack bar reducer to 0) and has a high damage multiplier - look for the damage output expecially if Baretta is builded with high crit rate/damage stats.
Baretta has a very good leaderskill, 19% speed buff to all allies usable everywhere.
In the end Baretta is a really good monster, worth 6-starring him, also skillup on him comes in hand when dealing with ToA hard: he is a keeper, fuse another one to get Katarina-Wind Valkirja if you want one in later game.
You can use Baretta in ToA since the early stages to end game: he has and awesome skillset useful for Trial of Ascension. His third skill on max skillup is reusable in four turns, that means that if all the dots are applied on the enemies he can cause a lot of damage from continous damage effects in just few turns.
Also, keep in mind that his effects have to overcome target's resistances so use runes with overall good accuracy substats.
It is reccomended to use Baretta in pair with Mav, because the Wind Pengiun will make reusable the skills of all allies much faster providing also a speed buff.
You should also use Baretta as a skillleader (plus 19% speed for all allies) and use a rune in position 2 with speed on him: try to reach a good speed (180 could be a nice value) for Baretta.
Baretta is also good for battles against many ToA Bosses thanks for his second skill which sets the target's bar to 0. Also, this skill deals a lot of damage (600% as damage multiplier), so it would be perfect to pair him with some defense breaker like Theomars and an attack buffer like Chasun or Colleen.
In ToA Hard you should pair Baretta with Water Homunculus: the Water Homunculus third skill is very good to use after Baretta uses his third skill. With this combo you can put six dots on enemy with just two attacks.
Fire Sylph is good to use also in Arena Offense in early game: take advantage of the fact that you build him for ToA, and so with Despair Runes, to stun your opponent's monsters.
Baretta on Despair runes is also good in late game occasionally in some PvP battles, like the 4-star nat max bases in Siege Battles and in Special league in which you cannot use nat 5 monsters.
Early/Midgame attacker: Fatal/Blade or Rage/Blade - %ATK / %Crit dmg / %ATK or SPD / % Crit dmg / %ATK (we do not reccomend this build, you should build him with Despair runes anyway!)
Stun support: Despair/Focus - SPD / %HP / %HP with speed, %Hp and accuracy substats. Some attack would be nice too

Hello, how much ACC ? I've heard 45% is enough for TOA and TOAH. Is it true ?
Yes, 45% is enough for ToA, but you may want a higher Accuracy for PvP. However, 45% is a good start.
