Harmonia is a good support monster with HP balancing skill available as a fusionable monster and needed to complete the Light Paladin fusion.
She is one of the few monsters that can overcome healing block effect.
Her third skill is very similar to Chasun's third skill but instead of targeting herself and a target ally, Harmonia's third skill targets an enemy and the ally with the lowest HP. Then she heals 15% of ally's HP and decreases the HP of enemy target by 15%.
With Nemesis runes she can be deadly in pvp defense since if the enemy has a speed team with an AoE nuker, her bar fills up and can switch hp of one heavly hitted ally with the enemy.

I´ve been long waiting to get this monster and now I´m slowly leveling and evolving her to 6* LV40.
I haven´t used her but I´ve fought many and I really like her skill set. The AoE heal + inmunity every 3 turns plust the HP leveling of the S3 that cannot be disturbed make her one of the best (if not the best) fire healers available. If you think carefully, when max skilled she can heal 2 of every 4 turns, so it´s a kind of Chasun with fire element. Of course, not as OP as the wind Sky dancer, but can do the job and place a usefull AoE inmunity buff every 3 turns.
I always wanted to have a decent fire healer to fight strong wind teams with monsters like Fen Yang or just to tank some water attacks if needed.
I really agree that Violent/Nemesis or Violent/Will are the best options to rune her, but this kind of monster accepts more imagination when building her so you can also go full Nemesis or Vampire or Swift/whatever.
Once she´s properly tested in PvP, I´ll let you know my final opinion about her.
Totally worth building and developing. If you are lucky enough to have a water Panda (Mo Long) just give him 1 point more speed than Harmonia. Use Panda´s S3 and then Harmonia will restore Mo Long´s health while damaging another enemy.
Now, if you don´y have the Panda, don´t worry, cause Harmonia is an awesome support unit, she can both heal heavily damaged allies and also use the AoE heal+inmunity as a support. She works specially well with tanky teams, but she´s not as helpful with squishy units. Just pair her with units like Rakan, Mo Long, Ritesh, any AA, etc and the enemy is gonna have a hard time to hurt you.
For optimum performance I highly recomend to max skill S2 and S3 although she can perfectly do the job while unskilled.
100% WORTH FUSING, you just can´t miss her. Forget about the Paladin and develop Harmonia first, she´s just way better than Jeanne!
