Review, runes and strategy

Jojo the Fire Joker is the only farmable bomber in Summoners War but without a Seara (Wind Oracle) it could be pretty situational. Like any other bomber the fire joker is pretty useless in dungeons (Giants, Dragons and Necropolis) but he is very useful in Toa and PvP, mostly in arena offense and guild war offense where there is no Veromos, Konamiya (Water Garuda) or Delphoi (Wind Undine) in defense because bombs deals good damage by ignoring the defense,
and the enemy attribute but they require time to detonate and in this case 2 turns unless, as said above, you have a Seara (lucky you!).

In ToA he could be a Baretta alternative but we haven't already tested if he performs as well, and in rift of worlds he can bring a heal blocker but nothing more because boss is immune to continuous damage, and
bombs will be cleansed pretty fast before a proper detonation.

If you are planning to build him be sure to have a good plan, because he is the bomber with the lowest base attack in the game and is very likely you will find
a better replacement like his cousin Liebli (Dark Joker) or Malaka (Water Kobold Bomber), on the other hand it has to be mentioned that his tankier.

In conclusion our advice is to play with him until you need to fusion him for Sigmarus (Water Phoenix), or until you get a Seara!

His bombs have a 50% additional on Accuracy, so you don't have to reach more than 35-40% of acc on him.
