Review, runes and strategy

Randy (Fire Bounty Hunter) is a good attack monster in Summoners War.

He has a great third skill that increases critical rate and defense for all allies for three turns.

Also Randy has a good leaderskill that grants a 16% increase of speed to all allies in Guild Battles: this two features make him a good monster to use in Guild Battles in teams with defense based damage dealer like Copper or Bulldozer.

Also, his first and second skill are good to make some damage to the opponent: the first one has a chance to ignore the enemy's defense and the second one has a chance to proc and attack again (with no limits on the times it can proc consecutively, given that you have less HP than the target, as the skill description says).

He is very good to use also in Necropolis B10 thanks to his second skill, and a first skill with multi hit that's good to use on Revenge Runes.

While his use is limited based on what mons you have, I love this guy.  If you have decient mons with def scaling damage, this guy maximizes that damage with his 3rd skill. If not, you can use his second skill to destroy pretty much any tank.  I have def scaling mons, so I use him as a supporter and gave him violent/shield with hp/crit d/hp to try to give him good damage while making his shields useful and giving the team lots of buffs.  If you want to use him as a damager, I recommend violent/blade with atk/crit d/atk.  His biggest plus as a damager is the crazy number of shots you can get on his second and his def ignore on his first, so more shots for more chances at those happening will maximize his damage potential.
