Aria (Light Succubus) is a great debuffer and utility attack monster in Summoners War.
Aria's skill set provides a wide range of weakening effects.
First skill can put the enemy to sleep (80% at max level skillup) and if successful it procs Aria's attack bar 50%increase: this is very good with Revenge runes (since the revenged counterattack does proc the attack bar increase).
Second skill can stun a sleepy enemy and in addition it disturbs HP recovery.
Aria's third skill is an AoE attack with Attack Speed and Glancing hit debuff.
She is very good in ToA Normal and Hard and she is also valuable for Raid battles boss fights.

Amazing Crowd Control unit mainly focused in ToAH use, althoug she can be very nice PvP debuffer. Best rune set for PvE purposes is Despair, and you can also go Violent if you aim her for PvP battles. SPD/HP/HP is the most common build. Use Revenge if possible as the second rune set to max the first skill ATB increase effect.
Aria is a very good debuffer specially for her 3rd skill, an AoE strike that can leave the enemy team unable to perform proper attacks for two turns. From june 2017, with the 3.4.5 update, this unit has a very interesting synergy of all her skills with the Sleep debuff, and this can be great when paired with other units that can put enemies to sleep, specially Hator an Sonnet. I´ve tried the Aria+Sonnet combo in ToAH and its amazing the fact that the succubus can AoE damage and debuff an entire slept enemy team without awakening any of the foes.
Even if you dont have any other units than can put enemies to sleep, Aria is a monster worth to develop and 6*, as she can fit in most PvE and PvP Crowd Control teams with great success.

Why SPD/HP/HP ? Why not ATK (and/or CD) on her ? Isn't she an attack mons ?

Monster type is not any kind of "law" to follow. Fire Phoenix (PERNA) is a HP type monster, and all the Pernas you´ll find will be runed as pure attack monsters. This is just an example to show that some monsters can perfectly perform in a different way and are not fixed to a monster type.
That said, I find Aria more as a support monster. She can sleep targets and attack them without awakening, but her most important role is Crowd Control, so it´s main habitat is far away from a damage dealer. That´s why I use her in a HP build, cause I need her with great sustain to stand long fights sleeping and debuffing enemies.
However, if you find her more useful ina an ATK build, it´s up to you to enjoy her in the way you want! :)

I just asked because i'm building a team for ToaH (want to pair her with sonnet) and i was wondering if i need an another ATK monster in the team or if she will be enough ?!? (So far, i've cleaned it until stage 71 with Baretta Theo Woosa Mantura Sonnet or Vero.)
