Review, runes and strategy

Galleon (Water Pirate Captain) is a great HP utility monster in Summoners War. Galleon can boost significantly your game speed both in PvP and PvE. He has an awesome third skill: AoE defense break for two turns at 100% rate on max skillup and two turns increase attack buff on all allies. This is good in dungeons like Dragon B10 or Hall of Fire B10 and usable also on many floors of ToA (using the right team), speeding up your runs by a lot.

Galleon is also very good in Arena offense in speed teams with composition like this: a speed and/or attack bar buffer (Bernard-Wind Griffon or Purian-Water Inferno can fulfill that role), then Galleon acts and uses Time to Loot to buff allies and def breaks enemies and at last a AoE nuker (such as Teshar-Wind Phoenix or the much affordable Julie-Water Pierret and Julien-Wind Phantom Thief) that will erase the enemies.

Moreover the Water Pirate Captain is good in Guild Wars since he has a great leaderskill with 24% speed buff to all allies.

Galleon Works great on Revenge runes since his first skill can defense break and Violent runes to increase chance of violent-procs and so decreasing cooldown of his third skill.

Must have 4 star nat monster! Essential for mid to high level arena offense. Provides one of the best buff/debuff of entire game! Not sure if he is worth devilmons, but the 4th skill needs to have 100% accuracy on target, so at least 2 skill ups are required

me conviene darle devilmons?
porque los piratas no me salen

Yo al mío le di piratas de viento del HoH y devilmons hasta maxearlo. Lo malo es que ahora apenas lo uso XD.

si lo tienes en tu equipo y lo usas a diario, dale devilmons al menos hasta que la tercera habilidad tenga ls cooldowns al mínimo.

use in db10 to green, galleon and 3 tarq. but my galleon fails a lot. Should I give him devilmons? With that equipment I'm late from 00:50 to 01:10.

I like him on Violent, High attack with all the HP and accuracy you can get. Violent/focus SPD/CrDam/%Atk works good for me.
