Herne the Water Dryad is a good support nat-4 monster in Summoners War.
 
The Water Dryad has the same second spell as her Fire twin (nisha) that does a full team cleanse plus debuff reapply on enemy.
Third skill is, at the moment, the only skill from a 4 star monster that can give oblivion state to an enemy.
For this reason she is great in pvp: use her to counter some of the most annoying passive in the game like the Theomars', Perna's and Garo's ones.
Bring her on your attack team in Siege Battle or also RTA, she definitely can be a good pick to counter some nasty passives.
 
Moreover both on first and third skill she can decrease the target's attack bar, a nice feature both in pvp and pve (Raid Boss especially thanks also to her second skill that is a cleanse which also tranfers all harmful effects on the enemy).
