Kaz (Water Samurai) is a good speed based attacker with a set of four skills in Summoners War available as a fusionable monster and needed to complete the Light Paladin fusion
Like other samurais he has the fourth skill which can be activated by using his other skills.
His fourth skill deals a great amount of damage and ignores all beneficial effects on the target including shield effect and invincibility effect.
For this reason he is a great counter for Chloe teams, especially in PvP (for example Arena Offense against Arena defense with Chloe)
He can be also good in Dragon Dungeon having two Aoe skills, he buffs his speed with second skill, decreases defense on first skill and he has elemental advantage against enemies on Dragon B10.
He is also good to use for those reasons in the Fire Raid Dungeon.
However if you have Light or Dark Samurais and you use them in pvp offense you may want to feed Kaz to them.
