Review, runes and strategy

Lapis (Magic Knight Water) is a good multi-hit attacker in Summoners War, the first 4 star natural monster every player begin with and one of the key monster to level up for low level players.
Lapis can be used mainly as a early farmer in Faimon stages on Despair/Revenge build since he can stun targets with all his skills and his third skill provides self sustain. However, if you don't have good runes and find difficult to farm on hell mode you may find Raoq more suitable.
 
As your first nat 4 this magic knight can really find a spot everywhere (especially after her latest buff), so we are going to review her usage in every content:

Lapis in Giant B7 Dungeon

The AoE attack bar manipulation skill is a really nice to have tool especially to make your team survive during floors, and even todo giant B7 boss in auto-mode. Other key monsters you should take a look to build the perfect B7 team are Bernard (Wind Griffon), Shannon (Wind Pixie), Belladeon (Light Inugami) and Konamiya (Water Garuda). Once every member of this team is 5 starred and lvl 35 you will be ready to try for B10 auto, here your Lapis may be dangerous to have especially for her constant multihit on the boss who may revenge earlier and one shot her.

Dragon B10

Here lapis could really shine for low level players, she has elemental advantage and can defense break the boss and enemies rendering you runs more faster and pretty stable. This magic knight represents your best alternative to Verdehile (Fire vampire) to build an auto b10 team for the dragon gungeon .

To make a viable team with her, she needs to be 6 starred and lvl 40, also she needs at least 17k hp in total and than give her all the atk you can, considering also using her as leader (+25% atk all allies).

To make a really consistent team around 2 minutes 30 second run in auto-mode with 100% success you need to fuse Sigmarus (Water Phoenix) and Veromos (Dark Ifrit). Also you need to six star Megan (Water Mystic Witch) and Belladeon.

If you haven't already fuse Sigmarus or Veromos (fuse them asap!!) you can replace sigmarus with Spectra (Fire Griffon) and veromos with Konamiya.

Necropolis B10

Here is really suitable because she brings a lot of multihit even in the first skill, multihit are a must have in necropolis dungeon to take down the lich king's shield.

This content in auto-mode is not a low-mid game stuff for sure, but if you have your 6 starred lapis in storage because you found better solutions and new mobs to rule dragon and giant dungeons, and you are missing ideas to build a consitent nb10 auto team keep in mind that if runed Violent / Revenge she can be part of a tested 2 minute run team featuring Colleen (Fire Harpu), Galleon (Water Pirate Captain), Rigel (Water Lich), Xiao Lin (Water Kung-fu Girl) 

Arena and Guild Wars

When runed for CC (Despair / Revenge) she makes you Arena offense team really fun in early-game, despite she doesn't have so much DPS capabilities she can disturb cleave teams by constant stunning nukers, even in GWO where she can be paired with Chasun (Wind Sky dancer) and Theomars. In defense you'll find her pretty squishy and easily taken down by wind monsters like Lushen, Bernard and Shannon, also once reached mid game you may be already got something better, so our suggestion is to do not invest time in PvP Content with her. (This is not the case for her cousin Iris the Light Magic Knight).

Trial of Ascension

Attack bar manipulation and Crowd control capabilities will bring you higher in normal mode. Here despair runes are a must, but revenge could be useless here because in toa you usually don't want to be even touched. She can do the different even in TOA 100 with ath'taros rotation (the male boss), if runed despair/whatever spd/def/hp it would be easy to reach at least 20.000 HP 170 speed and 1000 defense to make her survive until the end and paired with Mav (Wind Penguin Knight) and Baretta (Fire Sylph) you can be sure that the boss won't get a single turn, plus her aoe and attack bar absorbtion will stabilize the floors before making possible even for a auto-team in toaN 100.

Lapis Runes suggestion

Useful in every content of the game from PvP to PvE, she is made to make low level players progress faster. We have already discussed lot of builds for her before but here are some of the other possibilities:
 
Early game: Fatal/Blade - %ATK / %ATK / %ATK
Violent build: Violent/Focus or Violent/Nemesis - SPD / %Crit dmg / %ATT with speed and accuracy substat
Crowd control build: Despair/Revenge - SPD / %HP % %ACC with speed and accuracy substat
