Water Praha (Praha)

Praha (Water Oracle) is one of the best support monster in Summoners War with a very annoying leaderskill and skillset in general. She is often used in arena, both defense and offense, with lots of speed and nemesis build so she can withstand most of nuke attack monsters, even most of double lushen if tuned properly, and heal allies at the right time both manual and auto because Water Oracle AI's specifically triggers her third healing skill when at least one of your team including her has less than 50% HP.

Her first skill like any other Oracle increase her attack bar every Critical Hit so despite the Support Type you want to have a good crit rate% to speed up the third and second skill cooldown.

Water Oracle's second skill, shared with Juno (Fire Oracle), strips AoE and dots enemies so if runed despair you will have a good advantage in Arena and she will be viable even for TOA Hard Auto. In addiction her leaderskill with 41% resistance to all allies will help you build a team for Rift of Worlds and with good defense stats (>1400) she can be placed in front line R5. 

Praha (Water Oracle) Suggested Runes

A good praha is defined by her stats, you have to get at least 200 Speed, 35k HP, 70%crit rate, 75%accuracy and 1400 DEF to consider her viable for both PvE and PvP content. If you follow this hint your Water Oracle will excel in any part of the game, even in cairos dungeons for Giant, Dragon and Necropolis B10 (multihit first skill) offering a good reliability for your runs (obviously not viable for a speed team).
