Rigel the Water Lich is a good attacker with nice turn advantage passive skill in Summoners War. In necropolis B10 you can bring him as a pure nuker violent/revenge because when his skill are maxed he deals really good damage to the boss while remaining squishy meaning you could kill him very fast when stolen from the boss, but keep in mind that if you use a fire based team we suggest the Wind Lich (Fuco) as a safer alternative.
In both cases you will have him also as a speed debuffer, which is a must for this dungeon.

We tend to see him also in Raid, runed as a revenger pure nuker but with more speed and more hp, because here the survivability could makes a huge difference,
so if you are going to try him hir go for at least 20k+ HP as backliner in R4, maybe a 5k plus for R5.
