Talia, the Water Chakram Dancer is a good damage based monster in Summoners War. With the March 2018 major update two new monsters are being released: Chakram Dancer and Boomerang Warrior. These two new monsters come into play with a special ability: some of their skills will be buffed if the play together in the same team.
Let’s see how this work. Talia’s first skill, Crescent Moon Slash, attacks the enemy target 2 times, dealing more damage is the target’s HP is low. If any Boomerang Warrior is in team with Talia, she will attack together with Boomerang Warrior. Also keep in mind that Boomerang Warriors have a similar first skill, that makes them attack alongside Chakram Dancers when they’re using the first skill.
So, it is good to have both Chakram Dancer and Boomerang warriors on revenge runes, and by doing this when one of the two (or both) will revenge proc, the other one will attack too, thanks to this unique feature on the first skill.
Talia’s second skill is a self cleanse that also buffs her attack power and grants herself an additional turn. This is good to use on Violent runes, since a skill that make you gain an additional turn will refresh Violent counter and make you again available Violent procs.
The third skill has two aspects: first, Talia will attack a target enemy 2 times, dealing more damage (increases damage by 50%) if the enemy is under 50% of his max HP. Second, Boomerang Warrior will deal additional 50% more damage on the enemy target when she and Talia attack together.
Talia is good to use in PvE and PvP. You can use her as a nuker in Dragon B10 or Giant B10. In Dragon B10 is very good alongside Sabrina or Matina, respectively her water and dark Boomerang Warrior’s sisters.
In PvP use her in Guild Wars and Siege Battles, since her skill are nuking skills on single target, having less opponents is better since you can one-shot them in some cases (is better to pair her with a boomerang Wariror, since Boomerang Warriors have a defense break on first skill).
Violent/Revenge – SPD / Crit dmg / %ATK or %ATK / Crit dmg / %ATK with speed, attack, crit rate, crit damage, accuracy substats.

So if you have 2 Boomerang warriors and two Chakram Shaman in your team you get ton of turns or it will be limited in some way?
I asked myself the same thing after I read this article. I think there´s no limit on turn´s...
I don´t konw exactly what you´re trying to say but:
-It doesn´t matter how many of them you have at the same time. When a Chakram attacks, only ONE boomerang will go along with her, and the same for the boomerangs.
-So, in resume, you´ll get a DOUBLE attack each time, and another DOUBLE attack if they vio proc, but that´s all. It´s exactly as Sylvia´s passive, but with a twin and not a random monster.
By the way: REVENGE runes DO NOT trigger the Double attack, so Chakram/Boomerang will revenge alone and not toghether.
Limited. All they do is attack together, not get infinite turns.
Hey Kain, what do you think of her? It seems to me that she's the worst of the elemental chakram... Am considering feeding her to Deva...
Talias sheer damage output is what makes her good. I wouldnt feed to Deva...With only a couple skill ups, im disappointed in Deva currently.
Used for dungeons, specially Dragon, she´s way better than Deva because of the damage output as Mafrank said. Talia is a Fire crusher combined with Sabeina, I´d definitely keep her better than feeding Deva.
Thank you guys, I'll wait for a Sabrina to come, fingers crossed. Then, I will have an opportunity to see the damage output.
