Defines what it means to blow up a field. Works perfectly with single target nukers who decrease the number of defending units in Arena and GW. An absolute ace in Siege as well, and being a reasonable acquisition means you can build a lot of them. High HP, SPD, RES, and DEF round out everything it needs to make the most of its kit and max skills on Atlas Stone leave defenses covered in damage in short order. Extreme tankiness and exclusion from crit conditions on S2 makes even fire teams fold like tissue paper along with the added bonus of being naturally focused which causes the Passive to lower skill cooldown with each attack when the stone is airborne. This way it's possible to use Atlas Stone non-stop. Leaders Jamire and Lagmaron drive S2 damage way up with 50% HP for wind allies. With enough core stats it can even solo some OP defenses.
Daaerus have made a nice overview, but I think this monster deserves something else that´s missing.
Skogul main flaw is speed, and he can be useless if stunned or freezed, so getting inhability effects away from him is really a must. So I´d reccomend WILL runes for that purpose in the first turn.
For the rest of the battle, having an inmunity caster along with him is the best idea, so think on Chloe, Draco, Harmonia and Triana (Betta is the best, but hard to get) if you´re using him on a 4*base. Woosa/Velajuel can do the job if a nat5 can be included in the ecuation.
As his main attack is just based on MAX HP, this unit has no need of any specific rune set but a couple of Will runes. So he can use Enhance, Energy, Nemesis... but most people are building him with VAMPIRE/WILL in order to get high sustain. However, as long as you can get high HP stats any rune set will fit, even a broken one.
Concerning team mates, the most annoying defense Ive face was Skogul/Betta/Triana. As betta is really difficult to get, there are other two "B-plans" to substitute her: Racuni and Draco. So Racuni will secure the debuff cleanse withhis passive while Draco will do with S3 inmunity. The advantage of the Brownie magician is the facto fo an HP leader skill... think on it. Talking about nat5s, Veromos has an HP lead and a passive clenase, so he combines both Draco and Racuni virtues.
That´s all for now. I´ll add some ideas once I can get more experience with this unit cause he´s brand new in my roster.
Skogul can do more.
Now, u see him very oftern in frontline of any r4 and r5 teams.
Build him vampire nemisis hp hp hp, with 40k hp 1000 deff 190 spd and +70 res.
Than u will have a great hp tank.
After some siege and Arena attacks, the best monster I´ve found to use along with Skogul is Racuni, specially a FAST Racuni can be a pain paired with skogul. As leader, I use Khmun for Siege 4* bases and Eladriel for 5* bases/Arena. Good results so far with both teams.
I have testet my skogul now, in many ways.
Siege and guild war he is a gamechanger.
In giants 10 very good.
For farming in aiden hell or chiruka hell, he can do this solo.
