Wind Taoist (Woochi) is a nice monster with a really interesting CC skill, infact his third skill can reset the attack bar of all enemies and this makes him really useful against Giant B10 dungeon and in ToA normal / hard especially if runed Despair so you have a potential stun backup when the skill glances.
After that the five turn cooldown really hurts so he needs to be paired at least with Mav (Wind Pengiun Knight) or a better cooldown refresher.

If you are not already capable of completing a GB10 run and you don't have other units, we suggest to build him 6 star to achieve the goal faster, otherwise considering that he is not easily skillable (only the Fire Taoist can be labeled as food for him) we suggest to keep it 5 and use him only for TOA if you don't have a better attack bar manipulator unit (like Poseidon Water Sea Emperor).

In conclusion you can get the most out of Wind Taoist in TOA, while he not offer reliable stuns like Dark Taoist and Water Taoist, he offers strong crowd control skills + attack bar manipulation, with a well balanced team you can get through all the non-boss floors in TOA Hard, if you want to try our tested team is: Baretta (L), Woochi, Thrain (Dark Grim Reaper), Basalt (Dark Battle Mammoth), Mav.
